March Muscle Up Challenge Rules
Starts: Monday, March 1st, 2021
Ends: Wednesday, March 31st, 2021
- Participants can begin logging hours Monday, March 1st, but all members are welcome to start tracking hours at ANY point throughout the month.
- Any exercises including weight training, running, walking, sport activities and organized programs can count towards your logged hours.
- Exercises that last over 30 minutes, but do not meet a complete 60 minutes can be rounded up to a full hour.
- Post your hours and activities on the log sheet at the Fitness Desk before you leave the community center. Honor system used. Totals will be updated every Friday by 5 pm.
- Set a goal for yourself to meet a certain number of hours for each week. See if you can meet that and go over the top!
This is a challenge, NOT a competition
IMPORTANT: The participant who logs the most hours will be rewarded with a FREE month of membership here at the community center while those with the 2nd and 3rd most hours logged will get a discounted month membership!
